Refund & Return Policy

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must report the issue immediately with clear photos.

2️⃣ Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

3️⃣ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product has been used.
  • The packaging is opened or damaged.
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
